Service Description

Speak with me regarding your service request for further details or discuss ideas and concepts prior to your shoot or service rendering. Conversations will take place over the phone. Consultation price is taken from your balance if service is booked. Otherwise, consult fee is non-refundable unless cancelled by staff member.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Unless we are physically unable to shoot due to weather, natural crisis or closure of location your retainer will not be paid back to you. If I cancel, then you may request a refund if you are unable to reschedule. Please Notify If a reschedule needs to happen. Your appointment will be rescheduled based off my availability and a second deposit is not required. There are NO full refunds on services. If you are not pleased with our services we can discuss a free of charge reshoot with expedited turnaround or PARTIAL refund determined by the issue.
